It's been a good 13½ years. You've treated me fairly with just a few hiccups and I hope you feel that I've treated you the same. I hope you like your new owners and they like you as much as I did. You've been a great house and it's sad to have to leave you, but we've had our time together and it is time for me to move on. I hope I like my new house half as much as I enjoying living in you.
