A "young" lady received her I-171H form and was placed on the waiting list to adopt a child from Vietnam. OK, so it was one year and one day ago. There have been a lot of up's and down's and some very tough decisions made in this past year that I hope will all work out for the best in the end.
I wish luck to all parents still out there waiting to find out what's going to happen and to those who have returned with their children.
